Psalm 121 verse 2

Luke chapter 21 verses 33-34

“For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God.” 

Romans chapter 8 verses 18-19

Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses.

First Timothy chapter 6 verse 12

Psalm 17 verses 4 and 5.

Week 2 Day 2 in the Jeremiah study. Spotting the fake. Fake gods and all of the fakes of this world. The LORD warns us not to forsake the fountain of living waters. It is wise to abandon the cracked pots. Jesus, the Word of God, is living water. In Him, we will never thirst again.

But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and harmful lusts which drown men in destruction and perdition.

First Timothy chapter 6 verse 9

First Corinthians chapter 2 verse 9.

His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for life; Weeping may endure for a night, But joy comes in the morning.
